The Flight Services team is looking for a talented sales leader to drive our business in the region. With our wide digital portfolio, our expertise will help our core customer base grow their business.
In addition to driving the strategy and sales for our regional business through an individual target, the Director of Sales will also be responsible for managing, nurturing, and growing a high-performance sales team. Are you ready to :
The role we are offering you :
Develop and execute the sales strategy for your region.
Win new business and grow current business, both at the individual and wider team level.
Build strong, lasting relationships at the senior and C-level, both externally with our clients and internally within the organization.
Lead, nurture, grow and guide team members, helping to remove barriers to ensure success.
Our ideal candidate has :
At least 5 years of experience within software solution business, preferably in the travel industry
Ideally 7 years of people management experience, including leading, developing and hiring sales team members
Fluent English (verbal and written) with a developed understanding of the regional marketplace
Exposure to working within a global MNC is a plus
Ability to think strategically and drive execution
